In the HADITH, this 'prophet' said "I am the prophet that laughs when killing my enemies".........

- Christianity and Jewish martyrs say" I will die for what I believe".......
- a muslim martyr says " you will die for what I believe"

This site, and the surrounding area is sacred, PERIOD. This is not a debate, and not open for Discussion, and any other interpretation, it is an OBAMA-NATION, to all Red-Blooded Americans, that still believe this is the land that God granted existence, and liberties to (read this in the Bible...liberties are granted to us by Him).

A little historical fact:
A muslim sheik, Ahmad Bahr prayed thusly on April 27, 2007:" Oh allah, vanquish the Jews, and their supporters. Oh, allah, count their numbers, and kill them all, down to the very last one. Oh allah, show them a day of darkness.............Oh allah, defeat the Jews and the Americans, and bring us victory over them."

This 'prayer' was done in a MOSQUE, as a SERMON........Looks dangerously similar to another base of operations(what kind? religious? HA!) in America, doesn't it?

From the Qur'an, (the muslim holy book):
Surah (a book in the qur'an)9:5 'but when the forbidden months are past, to FIGHT and SLAY the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleager them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem(of war)....'

Surah 8:39; 9:5; 9:47; are 'divine commandments' that state for muslims to 'persecute Jews and Christians, to defeat them in battle, and then consign them either to slavery or to death.'
Surah 47:4 says".... when you meet the unbelievers (MUSHRIKUN), smite at their neck" beheadings are the norm with them. remember?

KNOW YOUR ENEMY.......

Definition of the word 'kaffir' seen on a t-shirt at a WalMart recently, 'I don't follow the kaffir' by a gentleman, followed by a 'covered' female. Kaffir is a non-muslim, so is this a basic tenant of islam, disobedience of this country's Constitution? seems that is what is being spread by this, doesn't it?.... The news-media uses islamic words, and fails to properly define what the term is, why is that?

This islamic group is willing to lie about the Christian Bible, too. In Surah 7:157 this, "Jesus son of Mary said, O children of Israel, verily I am the Apostle of God sent unto you confirming the law which was given before me, and bringing good tidings of an Apostle who shall come after me, whose name shall be Ahmed". This is never seen, or heard of in Christianity, or the Bible; yet, there it is, being taught, AND YOU WONDER WHY THERE ARE SO MANY JOINING THIS GROUP? DECEPTION (a style of OBAMA, as well....if you read his words......)

One final interesting point: Is the world round, or flat?

In the Bible Isaiah 40:22 "It is He who sits above the 'circle' of the earth......"
in the qur'an Suras 79:30 (also Suras 18:47)......and the earth, after he(allah) flattened it (like a carpet)...'.

One of the critical aspects of Biblical prophesy is it is UN-ERRING, makes NO mistakes.........does that apply here?

As honest Americans debate the issue of building a muslim community center (will the honest American wonder about the topics being taught in the Sermons, there, see above?) at ground zero, learn just what it is that, islam is, what they promote, why Europe is being over-run by this pseudo-faith, and what is happening here, check out Deerbourne, Michigan, and the loudspeakers blaring islamic words during the day. Check out Obama kneeling with muslims to pray, and then denying a National Day of Prayer (none of these facts is deniable, and they are easily found, for those who seek the truth).

Do the homework, as Obama buys votes with your tax dollars, and then ask yourself "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?"

When Obama wrote a book and said he was mentored as a youth by Frank, (Frank Marshall Davis) an avowed Communist, people said it didn't matter.

When it was discovered that his grandparents, were strong socialists who sent Obama's mother to a socialist school where she was introduced to Frank Marshall Davis. He was later introduced to young Barrack Hussein Obama. People said it didn't matter.

When people found out that Barrack Hussein Obama was enrolled as a Muslim child in school and his father and stepfather were both Muslims, people said it didn't matter.

When he wrote in another book he authored "I will stand with them (Muslims) should the political winds shift in an ugly direction" people said it didn't matter.

When he admittedly, in his book, said he chose Marxist friends and professors in college-- people said it didn't matter.

When he traveled to Pakistan , after college on an unknown national passport, people said it didn't matter.

When he sought the endorsement of the Marxist Party in 1996 as he ran for the Illinois Senate, people said it didn't matter.

When he sat in a Chicago Church for twenty years and listened to a preacher spew hatred for America and preach black liberation theology, people said it didn't matter.

When an independent Washington organization, that tracks Senate voting records, gave him the distinctive title as the "most liberal senator," people said it didn't matter.

When the Palestinians in Gaza set up a fund raising telethon to raise money for his election campaign, people said it didn't matter.

When his voting record supported gun control, people said it didn't matter.

When he refused to disclose who donated money to his election campaign, as other candidates had done, people said it didn't matter.

When he received endorsements from people like Louis Farrakhan and Mummar Kadaffi and Hugo Chavez, people said it didn't matter.

When it was pointed out that he was a total newcomer and had absolutely no experience at anything except community organizing, people said it didn't matter.

When he chose friends and acquaintances such as Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn who were revolutionary radicals, people said it didn't matter.

When his voting record in the Illinois senate and in the U.S. Senate came into question, people said it didn't matter.

When he refused to wear a flag, lapel pin, and did so only after a public outcry, people said it didn't matter.

When people started treating him as a Messiah and children in schools were taught to sing his praises, people said it didn't matter.

When he stood with his hands over his groin area for the playing of the National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance, people said it didn't matter.

When he surrounded himself in the White house with advisors who were pro-gun control, pro- abortion, pro-homosexual marriage and wanting to curtail freedom of speech to silence the opposition people said it didn't matter..
When he aired his views on abortion, homosexuality and a host of other issues, people said it didn't matter.

When he said he favors sex education in Kindergarten, including homosexual indoctrination, people said it didn't matter.

When his personal background was either scrubbed or hidden and nothing could be found about him, people said it didn't matter.

When the place of his birth was called into question, and he refused to produce a birth certificate, people said it didn't matter.

When he had an association in Chicago with Tony Rezco--a man of questionable character and who is now in prison and had helped Obama to a sweet deal on the purchase of his home-- people said it didn't matter.

When it became known that George Soros, a multi-billionaire Marxist, spent a ton of money to get him elected, people said it didn't matter.

When he started appointing White House Czars that were radicals, revolutionaries, and even avowed Marxist/Communist, people said it didn't matter.

When he stood before the Nation and told us that his intentions were to "fundamentally transform this Nation" into something else, people said it didn't matter.

When it became known that he had trained ACORN workers in Chicago and served as an attorney for ACORN, people said it didn't matter.

When he appointed cabinet members and several advisors who were tax cheats and socialists, people said it didn't matter.

When he appointed a Science Czar, John Holdren, who believes in forced abortions, mass sterilizations and seizing babies from teen mothers, people said it didn't matter.

When he appointed Cass Sunstein as Regulatory Czar who believes in "Explicit Consent," harvesting human organs without family consent, and allowing animals to be represented in court, while banning all hunting, people said it didn't matter.

When he appointed Kevin Jennings, a homosexual, and organizer of a group called gay, lesbian, straight, education network as Safe School Czar and it became known that he had a history of bad advice to teenagers, people said it didn't matter.

When he appointed Mark Lloyd, as Diversity Czar, who believes in curtailing free speech; taking from one and giving to another to spread the wealth; who supports Hugo Chavez, people said it didn't matter.

When Valerie Jarrett was selected as Obama's Senior White House Advisor and she is an avowed Socialist, people said it didn't matter.

When Anita Dunn, White House Communications Director said Mao Tse Tung was her favorite philosopher-- and the person she turned to most for inspiration, people said it didn't matter.

When he appointed Carol Browner as Global Warming Czar, and her being a well known socialist working on Cap and trade as the nations largest tax, people said it didn't matter.

When he appointed Van Jones, an ex-con and avowed Communist as Green Energy Czar, who since had to resign when this was made known, people said it didn't matter.

When Tom Daschle, Obama's pick for health and human services secretary could not be confirmed, because he was a tax cheat, people said it didn't matter..

When as President of the United States , he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia , people said it didn't matter.

When he traveled around the world criticizing America and never once talking of her greatness, people said it didn't matter.

When his actions concerning the Middle-East seemed to support the Palestinians over Israel , our long time ally, people said it didn't matter.

When he took American tax dollars to resettle thousands of Palestinians from Gaza to the United States, people said it didn't matter.

When he upset the Europeans by removing plans for a missile defense system against the Russians, people said it didn't matter.

When he played politics in Afghanistan by not sending troops early-on when the Field Commanders said they were necessary to win, people said it didn't matter.

When he started spending us into a debt that was so big we could not pay it off, people said it didn't matter.

When he took a huge spending bill under the guise of stimulus and used it to pay off organizations, unions, and individuals that got him elected, people said it didn't matter.

When he took over insurance companies, car companies, banks, etc., people said it didn't matter.

When he took away student loans from the banks and put it through the government, people said it didn't matter.

When he designed plans to take over the health care system and put it under government control, people said it didn't matter.

When he claimed he was a Christian during the election and tapes were later made public that showed Obama speaking to a Muslim group and 'stating' that he was raised a Muslim; was educated as a Muslim; and that he is still a Muslim-- people said it didn't matter.

When he set into motion a plan to take over the control of all energy in the United States through Cap and Trade, people said it didn't matter.

When he finally completed his transformation of America into a Socialist State , people finally woke up--- but it was too late. Add these up one by one and you get a phenomenal score that points to the fact that Barrack Hussein Obama is determined to turn America into a Marxist-Socialist society.

All of the items in the preceding paragraphs have been put into place. All can be documented very easily. Before you disavow this do an internet search. The last paragraph alone is not yet cast in stone. You and I will write that paragraph. Will it read as above or will it be a more happy ending for most of America ?

If you are an Obama Supporter don't be angry with me because I think Barrack Hussein Obama is a socialist. Far too many facts support he is indeed a Socialist.

If you seek the truth you will be richer for it. Don't just belittle the opposition.. Search for the truth. Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Constitutionalists, Libertarians all need to pull together or watch the demise of a free democratic society.

Pray for Americans to seek the truth and take action for it will keep us FREE. Our biggest enemy is not China , Russia , North Korea , and Iran our biggest enemy is a contingent of politicians in Washington DC . The goverment will not help, so we need to do it ourselves.

About 6 months ago, the writer was watching a news program on oil and
one of the Forbes Bros. was the guest. The host said to Forbes, "I am going to
ask you a direct question and I would like a direct answer; how much oil
does the U.S. have in the ground?" Forbes did not miss a beat, he said, "more
than all the Middle East put together." Please read below.

The U. S. Geological Service issued a report in April 2008 that only
scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big. It was a
revised report (hadn't been updated since 1995) on how much oil was in
this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota , western South Dakota , and extreme eastern Montana ...... check THIS out:

will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years

Don 't think 'OPEC' will drop its price - even with this find? Think
again!
It's all about the competitive marketplace, - it has to. Think OPEC just
might be funding the environmentalists?

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red ...

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible..

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

About the time our original thirteen states adopted their new constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh , had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won was mostly the land owned by the tax paying citizens of this great country. Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegal's and they vote, then we can say good-bye to the USA in fewer than five years!

The strategy was first proposed in 1966 by Columbia University political scientists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven as a plan to bankrupt the welfare system and produce radical change. The National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO), founded by African-American militant George Alvin Wiley, put the Cloward-Piven strategy to work in the streets. Its activities led directly to the welfare crisis that bankrupted New York City in 1975.
Veterans of NWRO went on to found the Living Wage Movement and the Voting Rights Movement, both of which rely on the Cloward-Piven strategy and both of which are spear-headed by the radical cult ACORN.
Both the Living Wage and Voting Rights movements depend heavily on financial support from George Soros's Open Society Institute.

On August 11, 1965, the black district of Watts in Los Angeles exploded into violence, after police used batons to subdue a man suspected of drunk driving. Riots raged for six days, spilling over into other parts of the city, and leaving 34 dead. Two Columbia University sociologists, Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven were inspired by the riots to develop a new strategy for social change. In November 1965 - barely three months after the fires of Watts had subsided - Cloward and Piven began privately circulating copies of an article they had written called "Mobilizing the Poor: How it Could Be Done." Six months later (on May 2, 1966), it was published in The Nation, under the title, "The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty."

The article electrified the Left. Following its May 2, 1966 publication, The Nation sold an unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called "crisis strategy" or "Cloward-Piven strategy," as it came to be called. Many were eager to put it into effect.

Richard A. Cloward was then a professor of social work at Columbia University. He died in 2001. His co-author Frances Fox Piven was a research associate at Columbia's School of Social Work. She now holds a Distinguished Professorship of Political Science and Sociology at the City University of New York.

In their 1966 article, Cloward and Piven charged that the ruling classes used welfare to weaken the poor. By providing a social safety net, the rich doused the fires of rebellion. Cloward and Piven wanted to fan those flames. Poor people can advance only when "the rest of society is afraid of them," Cloward told The New York Times on September 27, 1970. Rather than placating the poor with government hand-outs, activists should work to sabotage and destroy the welfare system. The collapse of the welfare state would ignite a political and financial crisis that would rock the nation. Poor people would rise in revolt. Only then would "the rest of society" accept their demands. So wrote Cloward and Piven in 1966.

The key to sparking this rebellion would be to expose the inadequacy of the welfare state. This Cloward and Piven proposed to do, in classic Alinsky fashion, by forcing welfare bureaucrats to live up to their own book of rules.

The authors noted that the number of Americans subsisting on welfare - about 8 million, at the time - probably represented less than half the number who were technically eligible for full benefits. They proposed a "massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare rolls." Cloward and Piven calculated that persuading even a fraction of potential welfare recipients to demand their entitlements would bankrupt the system. The result, they predicted, would be "a profound financial and political crisis" that would unleash "powerful forces… for major economic reform at the national level."

Their article called for "cadres of aggressive organizers" to use "demonstrations to create a climate of militancy." Intimidated by black violence, politicians would appeal to the federal government for help. Carefully orchestrated media campaigns, carried out by friendly, leftwing journalists, would float the idea of a "a federal program of income redistribution," in the form of a guaranteed living income for all; working and non-working people alike. Local officials would clutch at this idea like drowning men to a lifeline. They would apply pressure on Washington to implement it. With every major city erupting into chaos, Washington would have to act.

The Cloward-Piven strategy never achieved its goal of system breakdown and a Marxist utopia. But it provided a blueprint for some of the Left's most destructive campaigns of the next three decades. It will likely haunt America for years to come since George Soros' Shadow Party has now adopted the strategy, honing it into a far more efficient weapon than any of its Sixties-era promoters could have foreseen.

Cloward and Piven recruited a militant black organizer named George Wiley to lead their new movement. For more information on Wiley and his welfare rights movement. In the summer of 1967, Wiley founded the National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO), with headquarters in Washington, DC. Wiley's tactics closely followed the recommendations set out in Cloward and Piven's article. His followers invaded welfare offices across the nation - often violently - bullying social workers and loudly demanding every penny to which the law "entitled" them. By 1969, NWRO claimed a dues-paying membership of 22,500 families, with 523 chapters across the nation.

Regarding Wiley's tactics, The New York Times commented on September 27, 1970, "There have been sit-ins in legislative chambers, including a United States Senate committee hearing, mass demonstrations of several thousand welfare recipients, school boycotts, picket lines, mounted police, tear gas, arrests - and, on occasion, rock-throwing, smashed glass doors, overturned desks, scattered papers and ripped-out phones."

These methods proved effective. "The flooding succeeded beyond Wiley's wildest dreams," writes Sol Stern in the Manhattan Institute's City Journal. "From 1965 to 1974, the number of single-parent households on welfare soared from 4.3 million to 10.8 million, despite mostly flush economic times. By the early 1970s, one person was on the welfare rolls in New York City for every two working in the city's private economy."

As a direct result of its reckless welfare spending, New York City - the financial capital of the world - was forced to declare bankruptcy in 1975. The entire state of New York nearly went down with it. Leftist agitators swooned in triumph. The Cloward-Piven strategy had proved its effectiveness.

The Backlash
The Cloward-Piven strategy depended on surprise. Once society recovered from the initial shock, the backlash began. New York's welfare crisis horrified the nation, giving rise to a reform movement which culminated in "the end of welfare as we know it" -- the 1996 Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, which imposed time limits on federal welfare, along with strict eligibility and work requirements. Both Cloward and Piven attended the White House signing of the bill as guests of President Clinton.

Most Americans to this day have never heard of Cloward and Piven. But Mayor Rudolph Giuliani attempted to expose them in the late 1990's. As his drive for welfare reform heated up, Giuliani accused the militant scholars by name, citing their 1966 manifesto as evidence that they had engaged in deliberate economic sabotage. "This wasn't an accident," Giuliani charged in a 1997 speech. "It wasn't an atmospheric thing, it wasn't supernatural. This is the result of policies and programs designed to have the maximum number of people get on welfare."

Cloward and Piven never again revealed their intentions as candidly as they had in their 1966 article. They learned to cover their tracks. Even so, their activism in subsequent years continued to rely on the tactic of overloading the system. When the public caught on to their welfare scheme, Cloward and Piven simply moved on, applying pressure to other sectors of the bureaucracy, wherever they detected weakness.

The Cloward-Piven strategy - first proposed in 1966 - seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse. Application of this strategy contributed greatly to the turmoil of the late Sixties. Cloward-Piven failed to usher in socialism, but it succeeded in generating an economic crisis and in escalating the level of political violence in America - two cherished goals of hard-Left strategists.

Radical organizers today continue tinkering with variations on the Cloward-Piven theme, in the perennial hope of reproducing '60s-style chaos. The thuggish behavior of leftwing unions such as SEIU and of certain elements of George Soros' Shadow Party can be traced, in a direct line of descent, from the early practitioners of Cloward-Piven.

Cloward-Piven's early promoters cited radical organizer Saul Alinsky as their inspiration. "Make the enemy live up to their (sic) own book of rules," Alinsky wrote in his 1989 book Rules for Radicals. When pressed to honor every jot and tittle of every law and statute; every Judaeo-Christian moral tenet; and every implicit promise of the liberal social contract, human agencies inevitably fall short. The system's failure to "live up" to its rule book can then be used to discredit it altogether, and to replace the capitalist "rule book" with a socialist one.

In its earliest form, the Cloward-Piven strategy applied Alinsky's principle to the specific area of welfare entitlements. It counseled activists to create what might be called Trojan Horse movements - mass movements whose outward purpose seemed to be providing material help to the downtrodden, but whose real purpose was to draft poor people into service as revolutionary foot soldiers.

The specific function of these Trojan Horse movements was to mobilize poor people en masse to overwhelm government agencies with a flood of demands beyond the capacity of those agencies to meet. The flood of demands was calculated to break the budget, jam the bureaucratic gears into gridlock, and bring the system crashing down. Fear, turmoil, violence and economic collapse would accompany such a breakdown - providing perfect conditions for fostering radical change. That, at least, was the theory behind the Cloward-Piven strategy.

In 1982, partisans of the Cloward-Piven strategy founded a new "voting rights movement," which purported to take up the unfinished work of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Like ACORN, the organization that spear-headed this campaign, the new "voting rights" movement was led by veterans of George Wiley's welfare rights crusade. Its flagship organizations were Project Vote and Human SERVE, both founded in 1982. Project Vote is an ACORN front group, launched by former NWRO organizer and ACORN co-founder Zach Polett. Human SERVE was founded by Richard A. Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, along with a former NWRO organizer named Hulbert James.

All three of these organizations - ACORN, Project Vote and Human SERVE - set to work lobbying energetically for the so-called Motor-Voter law, which Bill Clinton ultimately signed in 1993. The Motor-Voter bill is widely blamed today for swamping the voter rolls with "dead wood" - invalid registrations signed in the name of deceased, ineligible or non-existent people - thus opening the door to the unprecedented levels of voter fraud and "voter disenfranchisement" claims that followed in subsequent elections.

The new "voting rights" coalition combines mass voter registration drives - typically featuring high levels of fraud - with systematic intimidation of election officials in the form of frivolous lawsuits, bogus charges of "racism" and "disenfranchisement" and "direct action" (street protests, violent or otherwise). Just as they swamped America's welfare offices in the 1960s, the Cloward-Piven team now seeks to overwhelm the nation's understaffed and poorly policed electoral system. Their antics set the stage for the Florida recount crisis of 2000, and have introduced a level of fear, tension and foreboding to U.S. elections heretofore encountered mainly in Third World countries. I am so looking forward to hearing him tell us in the State of the Union Address that "the State of the Union is good", and then all the well financed politicos sitting on their ever-expanding lazy butts, stand up and applaud, and roar approval, for they have accomplished that which unthinkable, taken over 16% of a private enterprise-based economy, under the guise of the 'right' for health care for all. We have seen these cretins bankrupt our government, rob from Social Security, and pass legislation that grants themselves exemption from Social Security Tax, guarantee their FULL salary even after they retire, at the same pay rate, and ruin the economy.

During the 1980’s, Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar built a global cocaine cartel of unrivaled power and influence based on a simple philosophy, 'Plato O Plomo'.

Translated literally that means “silver or lead,” but every Colombian knew what it really meant – “money or bullets.” Either you took Escobar’s bribe, or you dealt with Escobar’s wrath.

Today, these thuggish tactics are alive and well in – of all places – Washington, D.C., a city where two decades ago officials were busy hunting down criminals like Escobar. Meanwhile elsewhere in the United States, stealing from Medicaid has replaced cocaine dealing as the most practiced, most profitable form of white collar crime – another reason Barack Obama and his Congressional allies should think long and hard before they expand governmental “control” of this industry.

Yet as another unprecedented Washington power grab takes shape, 'Plato O Plomo' indeed appears to have been adopted by Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate President Harry Reid as their modus operandi for passing an un-American socialized medicine proposal that America doesn’t want and cannot afford.

In fact, these so-called “leaders” are perpetrating the ultimate in “white collar” Medicaid fraud – dipping into this taxpayer-funded slush fund to pad the pockets of lawmakers whose votes they need for the larger, $2.5 trillion heist.

Take the proposed $300 million Medicaid payout offered to the state of Louisiana in a (successful) effort to secure the vote of Sen. Mary Landrieu. This provision was inserted into the 2,700-page bill as Landrieu was waffling on whether or not to bring the legislation to the floor for debate.

“After a thorough review of the bill, I have decided there are enough significant reforms and safeguards in this bill to move forward …” Landrieu said from the Senate floor shortly after accepting this glorified bribe.

And while Landrieu claimed at the time that there was “more work to be done” on the legislation, she has since changed her tune and voted to shut down debate on further amendments.

Next in line was another fence-sitter, Sen. Ben Nelson of Nebraska, who was offered millions of dollars in Medicaid payments for his home state beginning in 2017 and extending forever.

That’s right – the federal government is offering to pay 100% of Nebraska’s Medicaid cost increases from here to eternity, a deal no other state is getting but one which every other state must finance.

Of course there have been sticks associated with these carrots, too.

At every stage of socialized medicine’s march through the legislative process, these taxpayer-funded bribes have been accompanied by

Sen. Nelson, for example, was reportedly told that Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha would be placed on a base closure list if he didn’t take the deal he was being offered.

That’s vintage 'Plato O Plomo'.

Similarly in the U.S. House, Speaker Nancy Pelosi reportedly received more requests for “passes” on the socialized medicine vote from House Democrats than she could handle, which is said to have prompted a massive behind-the-scenes 'Plato O Plomo' campaign in which everything – pork barrel spending, committee chairmanships, electoral support – was placed on the table in an effort to move a sufficient number of votes into the “Yes” column.

Even then, the legislation was just three votes away from being defeated.

Fortunately, these despicable tactics are no longer hidden behind closed doors. The Landrieu and Nelson payoffs in particular have attracted substantial media attention and public outrage, and states which are being forced to pay for these bribes are demanding investigations.

Already leery of this massive government power-grab, Americans are now keenly aware of the Gangland tactics that are being used to drag it kicking and screaming across the finish line.

And that’s the ultimate lesson of 'Plato O Plomo' – the plan falls apart as soon as people realize they can stand up to the gangsters.

What Is a Right?

In the continually harsh public discourse over the President’s proposals for federally-managed healthcare, the Big Government progressives in both the Democratic and the Republican parties have been trying to trick us. These folks, who really want the government to care for us from cradle to grave, have been promoting the idea that health care is a right. In promoting that false premise, they have succeeded in moving the debate from WHETHER the feds should micro-manage health care to HOW the feds should micro-manage health care. This is a false premise, and we should reject it. Health care is not a right; it is a good, like food, like shelter, and like clothing.

What is a right? A right is a gift from God that extends from our humanity. Thinkers from St. Thomas Aquinas, to Thomas Jefferson, to the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., to Pope John Paul II have all argued that our rights are a natural part of our humanity. We own our bodies, thus we own the gifts that emanate from our bodies. So, our right to life, our right to develop our personalities, our right to think as we wish, to say what we think, to publish what we say, our right to worship or not worship, our right to travel, to defend ourselves, to use our own property as we see fit, our right to due process – fairness – from the government, and our right to be left alone, are all rights that stem from our humanity. These are natural rights that we are born with. The government doesn’t give them to us and the government doesn’t pay for them and the government can’t take them away, unless a jury finds that we have violated someone else’s rights.

What is a good? A good is something we want or need. In a sense, it is the opposite of a right. We have our rights from birth, but we need our parents when we are children and we need ourselves as adults to purchase the goods we require for existence. So, food is a good, shelter is a good, clothing is a good, education is a good, a car is a good, legal representation is a good, working out at a gym is a good, and access to health care is a good. Does the government give us goods? Well, sometimes it takes money from some of us and gives that money to others. You can call that taxation or you can call it theft; but you cannot call it a right.

A right stems from our humanity. A good is something you buy or someone else buys for you.

Now, when you look at health care for what it is, when you look at the US Constitution, when you look at the history of human freedom, when you accept the American value of the primacy of the individual over the fleeting wishes of the government, it becomes apparent that those who claim that healthcare is a right simply want to extend a form of government welfare.

When I make this argument to my Big Government friends, they come back at me with…well, if people don’t have health insurance, they will just go to hospitals and we will end up paying for them anyway. Why should that be? We don’t let people steal food from a supermarket or an apartment from a landlord or clothing from a local shop. Why do we let them take healthcare from a hospital without paying for it? Well, my Big Government friends contend, that’s charity.

They are wrong again. It is impossible to be charitable with someone else’s money. Charity comes from your own heart, not from the government spending your money. When we pay our taxes to the government and it gives that money away, that’s not charity, that’s welfare. When the government takes more from us than it needs to secure our freedoms, so it can have money to give away, that’s not charity, that’s theft. And when the government forces hospitals to provide free health care to those who can’t or won’t care for themselves, that’s not charity, that’s slavery. Senate Republicans have just released an outstanding chart highlighting the accounting games that Democrats are playing with the costs of their proposed health-care overhaul. The Democrats assert that their Senate bill would cost $848 billion over ten years. But Congressional Budget Office projections show that only 1 percent of those costs would kick in prior to the fifth year of what the Democrats are calling the “first 10 years.” In the bill’s true first 10 years (2014 to 2023) — that is, in the first 10 years in which it would be operational to any meaningful extent — the CBO projects that the bill would cost $1.8 trillion.
But it gets even worse. The CBO doesn’t say that the bill’s total costs from 2010 to 2019 (99 percent of which would come from 2014-onward) would be $848 billion — or that its total costs in its real first 10 years (2014 to 2023) would be $1.8 trillion. Rather, it says that these would be the gross costs of the bill’s “expansions in insurance coverage.” The CBO shows that there are many other costs in the bill as well, including spending related to the CLASS Act, risk-adjustment payments, funding for the government-run “public option” (not a cent of which is included in the figure for “expansions in insurance coverage”), and other new federal spending.

The question remains, when do we, the American Citizen, do the Right Thing? It is time to stand up for this Country that allows us such great Freedoms....

Thank you for contacting me about health care reform.

On October 13, I joined a bipartisan majority in the Finance Committee and voted to pass the America's Healthy Future Act of 2009. Senator Reid merged this bill with another bill passed by the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee earlier this year, and unveiled the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2009. On November 21, I voted to bring this bill up for debate.

I am pleased with much of what is in Senator Reid’s bill. It would allow those who are happy with their insurance to keep what they’ve got, including veterans and seniors on Medicare. It creates State-based exchanges where those without coverage, or those who are unhappy with what they have, can get coverage at an affordable price. The bill also would hold insurers' feet to the fire, requiring them to cover everyone and preventing them from dropping someone who gets sick. Additionally, it contains several measures aimed at reducing overall medical and prescription drug costs and eliminating waste and fraud in the system. The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has estimated that Senator Reid’s bill will reduce the Federal budget deficit by $130 billion over ten years.

Among the improvements I added to the bill in the Finance Committee is a provision that would preserve benefits for an estimated 800,000 Medicare Advantage enrollees in Florida and another provision that would protect tax benefits for seniors who have high medical expenses. I am happy that these provisions are included in Senator Reid’s bill as well.

As for a public option, Senator Reid’s bill includes a public option that would allow States to opt out if they choose. I support this plan because it will provide consumers with more choices and make it harder for any one company, public or private, to dominate the insurance market.

I intend to improve this bill by introducing an amendment that will force pharmaceutical companies to give rebates to the Federal government for certain drugs purchased under the Medicare Part D program. These rebates will save the government billions, which will be used to fill the gap in Part D coverage known as the “doughnut hole.”

I am hopeful that the Senate will vote on this bill before the end of the year. Regardless of where anyone stands on the specifics, I think we all can agree that the system we have can be unfair and too costly, and needs reform. Again, I appreciate hearing from you on this important issue. Please don't hesitate to contact me in the future.

There should be a reform for pre-existing conditions; a way for the insured to change insurance carriers. However, to jail people, or to mandate' participation,as a revenue source goes against all that our CONSTITUTION, that you swore an oath to protect, states.IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO GO!!!!!

The Obama HealthCare (Population Reduction Plan)has been re-calculated to finally include the costs from actual implementation date, not just the ten year plan, excluding the 'fund raising' time of the first four years that were cost-free, the bill is actually over 2.5TRILLION DOLLARS, where is the outrage? Where are the Barack bashers hiding, only in the blogs, and FOX. so sad how blind (distracted by the 'beautiful people) we are.

Is there any correlation between the "Dumbing Down of America", and this gradual implementation of this plank of the Progressive Agenda? Does the HealthCares focus on not caring for, and reducing expenditures for, the elderly, assist in reducing the number of people still alive that remember what Liberty actually is? The Commies in the Soviet Union, burned books, and killed off all the past vestiges, and the learned individuals, to stop the 'passing on' of the the heritage of their Country, too.......

Reports out now that over 60 Million workers in the United Sates, don't contribute at all to the Income Tax pool, that is nearly 40% of all workers, how much can the Government tax Hounds take from the wealthy, alone? No outrage. yet?

How about the "JOBS FORUM" in D.C., this week, the only invitees were those who created the initial stimulus package, the TARP Program (bailout), and the Unions, I guess the Unions were there to see how many more Private companies Barack was going to give them.........(GM, etc) Interesting to hear the the American Chamber of Commerce, The National Federation of Independent Businesses, and The National Manufacturing Association, were ALL not invited, these Associations represent over 60% of American workers, the last thing this Administration wants is to have representatives of other opinions involved with discussions. Maybe it is a party thing, the dems didn't want the Republicans involved with HealthCare discussions/negotiations either.......Hmmmmm

Oh, and least we forget, the "so-called" DC Party Crashers, that won't go before Congress Voluntarily, or Miss Diseree, the WhiteHouse Social Director, won't go before Congress, because of "Separation of Powers Clause", the Social Director, NOT under Executive Privilege? come on, this is another of these Obama distractions, he's doing something else, while we weren't looking, as this media is focused on this charade.... The recent events in the news have just been astounding. The Fort Hood Terrorist Attack, yup, that is what it was, Terrorism. The Passing of the Democrat HealthCare Takeover, The PC (not Personal Computer) reporting (or, lack there of, reporting I mean) from our "news" media ( would fact manipulators be too harsh?) is something that has come to a peak recently.

That the one Republican Representative that voted FOR the Pelosi Takeover, was coerced by a large monetary stipend for his district, one million dollars plus, isn't this the TAXPAYERS money? is this how we expect our hard earned tax money to be used? What more was given to some of the 'blue-dogs' that voted for it, and as of yet hasn't been reported? But, the Republican, CAO, was reported, widely.

That the Fort Hood shooter, a MUSLIM, in good standing, reportedly by his own brother, a "good American", is now having the fact that he was in touch with Al Quiada, for months, maybe years, reported, and that the Feds were very much aware of it. What gives there? Is he going to be put on trial in a Civilian Court? Shouldn't he be tried in a Military Court, for High Crimes, and Treason?, to face a firing squad? Should happen!!! will it?

That under the radar, the President is going to Copenhagen, to discuss the UN Climate Control Summit, are you ready to hand over the control of this issue, climate control, in the USA, to the UN??? Hand over our Sovereignty, our Liberty, and our Tax Dollars, it has been reported as much as $3000 per family, for the UN to GIVE to other countries, TAKE THE CREDIT, not even telling the recipients that it came from the US taxpayer, and WE have to BORROW that from China, a country we built up, and it won't even sign onto this bill, nor will India, another country we built up. What is going on in DC? and why aren't we hearing about it? PC.........

For Roads, Bridges, and creating/renovating Energy Efficient (Green, using our 'green' tax-dollars) Buildings, after the first one (stimulus) cost us $3125 per person, and HealthCare will cost us $1500 per person (at least one half a Trillion dollars, after the Medicare cuts), and Copenhagen could cost us $3000 per family, the Bush tax cuts expire, and then this, how much more can this citizenry afford?

What is the rationale? Is any of this Constitutional? Why is this happening?

Oh yeah, Sen Dodd (of Countrywide Mortgage SweetHeart Deal fame) wants unknown Billions, or Trillions, to replace the Federal Reserve, and create a new Federal bureaucracy (under whose control?), for monetary control/regulation. what? No wonder the Legislators don't want us in any military action, they can't afford to spend any money on our defense, they have to maintain, and grow, the NannyState.

I cannot read your response/note, without answering. The problem is why fear, why be scared. And the answer is to point fingers, and blame. We can't get away from the TV, and thinking about ourselves to see what the direction our country is going, towards. Distraction from the world events, is the forte of this government, don't worry about it, we'll handle it, when we finally do "see", what are we gonna see? what is going to be left? It is the responsibility of each American Generation, to make sure the next American Generation is able to continue, we aren't doing our job, and neither are our elected officials, they ALL have to be dealt with.

The Stimulus Bill, Cap and Trade, Potential Stimulus 2, and HealthCare are going to subject your children and grandchildren to HUGE debt, that cannot be repaid. What happens then?

What is the intention? Is Business, private enterprise ALL wrong? Do individuals taint the perspective on capitalism? Where are we going with this administration?

Bush was President for 9 months, 9/11 happened, and ALL was his fault, we supported him, temporarily. Barack has had more time, gotten bigger/costlier legislation passed, and NO one has complained that his promises are not being kept.or his programs are gonna bankrupt US!!!!, and he wants to spend more, where is the money gonna come from? Remember Carter? and Ford, the misery index? Whip Inflation Now (WIN), we're gonna go back there, and it seems gladly, and knowingly.

We have the Balkkins Reserve, and The North Slope, in Alaska, yet we are paying for oil from our enemies, funding their wars, , so they can kill us!!! still, Bush didn't do anything either. The situation is critical. yet, we won't drill here, why?
HealthCare won't raise our Debt....Just wait and watch, Government has a track record on staying on"budget". Social Security; Medicare; Medicade; FannieMae; FreddieMac ;the US Postal Service; They can't even protect our borders from illegal's (did you know that the Supreme Court decided that any law congress passes that is for the Populous (aka. masses), couldn't be kept from the people here illegally, that means he can't stop illegals from benefiting from any program he signs, so much for illegals being excluded, he DID lie, Wilson was right!!!)

Our borders are still unprotected, and we are about to send 400 patrollers away from Mexico border, to Canada border. HUH???Let's grow government, how do we pay for the only segment of our economy that is growing, Government. Union workers, all, why does SEIU, and Acorn have such pull? Tough Questions need to be asked,

Cap and Trade? who profits there? Al Gore, and his friends, we, the people, lose........as usual, "what we don't know won't hurt us.........MUCH!!!Who has control of the Carbon Credits? check it out, A privately held corporation, headed by AL GORE.......Hmmm

I don't favor either party, I'm a Conservative (In the past the Republican Party was closer to my principles, not anymore, though there are still SOME Conservatives left there) I want change for the good of America, limit Government, We can and should be self sufficient, with LESS Government interference I will not condone or sit back anymore and WAIT for some incompetent President to GUT our country. He was 'given' the Nobel peace prize, by socialists, for his socialist tendencies. Income Redistribution wont work/ look at Europe, as it moves away from that practice, and slowly recovers. we enter these socialist gates, thru these new policies, without a fight......WHY?

The American People through their consumption can get this economy moving, Government Policy, and taxes will only delay, maybe even halt our only chance to recovery. KICK US WHEN WE ARE DOWN, that is this Administration's adage. you see it regularly

He voiced support for Afgan War during the campaign, yet when HIS General requests more troops, he waffles (USSR got out of Afganistan, these Muslims don't respect or value life, TOO LONG? that is what happens as they succeed in breaking our willingness, dragging this conflict out, they win if they hold out, we don't), But put more taxes on the people on the table, and he'll rush that through. We need to open our eyes before we give the rest of our country to others, and the management of private enterprise to the government (banks, autos, healthcare, energy through cap and trade, is only the beginning..... "he's only had 9 months".... JUST THINK WHAT HE CAN DO IN 48 MONTHS) . The Auto Industry, The Banks that survived, were chosen by this administration. Government has proven one thing, they tax the HELL out of us, supposedly for our benefit, and spend it on other things, like their health care, their social security, NOT for us, Not by us, Not of us. They claim the stimulus package HAS turned it around, yet 65% of the package hasn't been spent yet, and almost NO "Shovel-Ready" projects have been started, or funded, THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF PORK.

We are running out of time to realize the Progressive agenda, that goes all the way back to Teddy Roosevelt, and is advocated by Obama, if we honestly check our history, is about to be our downfall.

While I don't watch Fox, and hate Bill O'Reilly (because he's arrogant), I don't agree with the Administration about a lot of things and trying to censor the news or leaving Fox out, to me, is wrong.

However, I refuse to let fear and hate mongering take over my way of thinking and I really do hope this administration is going in the right direction. Obama has only been in office for 10 months (or thereabouts) and we have to give him a chance. I truly believe Bush and Cheney fucked up our economy and the war in Iraq and Afghanistan has been going on too long. That is how I feel. Of course I don't expect you to agree with me but it seems like there are some positive things coming along, after all, Obama did win the Nobel Peace Prize and the whole world is looking at us differently than they used to.

I believe in America and think there is a lot of things we don't know about and never will know about. I think a lot of things we read on the internet are to scare people and sometimes we have to check the facts before we jump on the "hate Obama" wagon. Of course I hate Rush Limbaugh, too but I DO LIKE NEAL BOORTZ, and always listen to the other side, if only for a few minutes so I know what folks are thinking. I sort of like Glen Beck, too until he goes into his rants and I can see why people get scared or start to hate, so I turn it off. ----------------------------------------------

Obama Aide: Fox News Our 'Opponent'

Fox News seems to enjoy being on the White House's enemies list.

A festering enmity between the Obama administration and the cable network boiled over Sunday when The New York Times quoted White House communications director Anita Dunn as saying of Fox: “We’re going to treat them the way we would treat an opponent.”

Fox Senior Vice President for News Michael Clemente fired back at what he called the White House’s “attack mentality.”

“Perhaps the energy would be better spent on the critical issues we are worried about,” Clemente said in a statement the network issued.

If Fox’s ratings are any clue, the administration’s attacks seem to be having the opposite of their desired effects. As of last week, the network has averaged 1.2 million viewers throughout the year, up from around 1 million viewers a year ago. This surpasses the network’s previous viewership record of 1.1 million viewers, which was set in 2003, the year the war began in Iraq.

In June, President Obama attacked Fox without mentioning it by name, saying it was devoted entirely to attacking his administration and that its coverage of his actions were all negative.

“Every time they [attack], our ratings go up,” Bill Shine, Fox’s senior vice president for programming, told the Times.

A Fox executive who declined to be identified said the attacks could solidify the network’s base. He quoted Fox Chairman Roger Ailes as having said: “Don’t pick a fight with those who like to fight.”

Paul Rittenberg, the network’s top ad executive, said, “People who watch Fox News believe it is the home team,” but Democrats don’t see it that way because of its critical coverage of the president and his political agenda.

Dunn’s comments followed press reports that Ailes had met with top Obama adviser David Axelrod for coffee in New York in what Politico called “a Fox summit.”

The White House communications director also took aim at controversial comments various Fox hosts have made against the administration.

These have included comments by immensely popular host Glenn Beck, whose 5 p.m. show has become a “cultural phenomenon,” with 3 million viewers, according to Shine.

Beck was credited with forcing the resignation of former green jobs czar Van Jones, whom he described as a “communist-anarchist radical.”

Weeks earlier, Beck came under attack from the Color of Change, a group Jones helped found, after he called the president “racist” during a Fox and Friends segment, which prompted several advertisers to pull their spots from his program.

Rittenberg, however, says the boycott has had no impact on Fox’s revenue because the advertising has been shifted to other parts of the day.

The administration also bristles about certain hosts' advocacy of the Tea Party movement.

Fox recently bolstered its Fox Business unit by hiring libertarian journalist John Stossel away from ABC, and it reportedly is trying to woo administration critic Lou Dobbs away from CNN. Dobbs met with Ailes last month over dinner, the Times reported.

“As they are undertaking a war against Barack Obama and the White House, we don’t need to pretend that is the way legitimate news agencies behave,” Dunn said.

Last month, the president appeared on all of the major networks’ Sunday talk shows except for Fox News Sunday, which the White House called an “ideological outlet.” This prompted Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace to call the administration “the biggest bunch of crybabies I have dealt with in my 30 years in Washington.”

Dunn dismissed Wallace’s comments as juvenile and said the administration would talk with Fox but said the White House would not "legitimize them as a news organization.”

The network defends its presentation of the news as objective during its news hours of 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., including the anchor Shepard Smith's evening newscasts. Dunn even acknowledged that Fox reporter Major Garrett, its chief White House correspondent, is fair.

What can be done now, to fix the direction our Nation is going? or better still what direction is it going, and is the direction good or bad? These are really the questions I'd appreciate feed-back on. What is the 'mood' out there? what kind of change are we about to be subjected to? is it bad, or good, and if you have an opinion, GOOD or BAD, For Whom?

What will be the cause and effect/affect? What is next on the change agenda, and can we afford the changes we are about to be subjected to?, can we survive these changes?

Wonder why Hilliary supports ObamaCare so adamantly? How similar is his program to her proposals that were so badly received 15 years ago?

Wonder why the number of uninsured is reported in such a wide range? from 45million, to 10million? or, why no ILLEGAL immigrants will be covered by Obama's Government Program? The implementation of ObamaCare won't be until 2013, plenty of time to Legalize all those ILLEGALS, which is his plan, so no mention of them not being included/excluded is necessary, in the HealthCare Bill, don't trust me, read his words......

Wonder why it took 2 twenty-something year old to expose ACORN, and finally get the ear of our elected officials? Acorn, the name will disappear, and become something else, one of the multitude of names affiliated with it, like SEIU? SEE NO EVIL,SEE NO EVIL, SPEAK NO EVIL, the current philosophy of Elected officials. They only cover their ass.......

Did the bad economic news earlier this year justify the take-over of of the automobile industry, the banking business, and the reduction of competition within the investment community? Lehman Bros disappeared, Goldman Sachs remains, where are all the new Government officials coming from? Goldman Sachs!! hummm, just a coincidence? NOT. Why did AIG get backing? they were the major investor/insurance company for the Dem, and US Gov't. Merrill Lynch?, now a part of Bank of America? there was some coercion here.....read it, if you dare. Who is going to to profit from Cap and Trade? beside the 'inventor of the Internet'.......

Wonder why so little is said about how current Doctors react to the new Health Programs? Not only will millions additionally, that will need to have access to Doctors services, overcrowding the offices, and decreasing the fees given to the physicians, the doctors also at a rate of 45% polled,are going to quit, if the ObamaCare is implemented, . Wonder what the consequences of their departure is?

How much further will this nationalization of our economy go? What will be next? our soft drinks, Coke, Pepsi, and the like? yup? As the government takes over more of our economy, the reward for inventions, new ideas, modernization, and innovation will go away, the Great American Idea Engine will be destroyed, then new business will go, then new jobs, and as the economic engine is stumbling, the Government needs more dollars, thus more tax, this vicious cycle will, can only lead to one thing. and it will hurt us all..........

How about Iran, which recently launched a satellite, heard that anywhere yet? NO? wonder why!!Now has Nuclear bomb capability. Why is this important? Get used to it, He loves to talk. The adage, 'Talk is cheap, it takes money to buy beer' is very appropriate to Him. Him is President Obama. He is like the EverReady Bunny, going, going, but in his case, he will soon be gone, and in his dust, he will have disrupted, and damaged, this country, and the economy, to almost historic levels. Just remember this IS his plan, break the system, something then has to replace what he broke, and what he wants to replace it with, is what we can't fathom, we don't see, and most aren't willing to look for.....

So, like he's told you, he doesn't think reparations go far enough, he's told you that the Stimulus, Cap and Trade, and ObamaHealthCare, the GOVERNMENT plan, not the politically correct named... PublicPlan... which are one and the same, people. HIS PLAN is to put US in debt to China for trillions. He is NOT interested in these figures, only the result.... USA's demise.

What we need to advocate, in HealthCare REFORM:

-Reduce law suits, and the amount of liability these suits can bring, TORT REFORM!!!

-Make all Health insurance carriers' policies available to every state, not bought from only a select, state approved, few, in each state, you know, competition, I've railed about the intentional reduction of this philosophy, in the past entries.

-Promote free enterprise, not Government-Growth (this ObamaCare Power-Grab), what has the Government ever done right (Read Social Security, almost broke; Read Medicaid, and Medicare, almost broke, and mismanaged,; Read Fannie-Mae, and Freddie Mac, mis-managed, and corrupted by political cronyism; read the US Postal Service, almost run out of business by more efficient, better organized PRIVATE ENTERPRISE, the list goes on..)? Even the military, Especially under Obama, has been a travesty. The Overseas Contingency Operation, was known as the WAR on TERROR, has been dismal, and Gitmo's closing, the prisoner placement, has been a joke. He, Obama, is not capable of generating a plan, implementing a plan, and winning a WAR, or keeping the Peace. He is so interested in appeasement of his constituents, that there will be nothing left of this ' the Noble Experiment', when he is finally voted out of office, in disgrace. {only three more years, how much damage can He do in that period?}

-Some tax credits for individuals to purchase Health Policies, if they want to, not a mandate for every citizen to own some.

In a Capitalist System, competition generates better pricing, better service, and more innovation. HE HAS YET TO LEARN THESE BASIC PRINCIPLES, AND BASED ON THE FURROWS NOW APPEARING ON HIS BROW, NEVER WILL......

When the Government (public) program is implemented, Insurance companies will be dropped by employers, in favor of the Government's Plan, He doesn't tell you that, does he. This is a less costly way for the employer to provide the healthcare benefit, and will be readily accepted by employers to cut costs, and Government Oversight, to the detriment of Insurance Companies. When the insurance companies don't have enrollees, they will shut down, leaving just the Government program, too many claimants, and not enough Doctors, what happens, THEN?

SO What does happen then? Where do the sick go for care? Where are all the Doctors going to be? Why is this the direction OUR Government wants to take us? WHO in their right mind wants this kind of program? Restrictions, Regulations, and Ques? Who benefits, and at what cost? Who will gain, and who will not?

Obama is Right about one thing, IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE.........

August Musings on Obama

Our President has figured a way to say one thing, and actively do another. What does this type of maneuver mean to US, the citizens of America?

Well, lets talk about the incidents/policies I'm referring to first, and then what it bodes for us.

First, during the election, how easy was it for this man to throw his 20 year pastor, under the bus, and his grandmother, who raised him, right under there with the pastor? Pretty hard/cold/calculating, person has to be in this person to do this so easily. His preacher taught 'African Liberation Theology', I hope anyone who reads this, knows what that is, by now. To what means, these alterations in his circle, affects his direction, should be a question on everyone's mind.....
Next, The CIA is under investigation, and in so doing the entire Bush Administration, too, for the handling of terrorists, and learning their secrets. These guys, terrorists, declared war on us, and we are gonna now hold their hands, let em out of GITMO? Read them Miranda Rights? and get them released from jail?? Since When does a subsequent administration review, judge, and PUNISH, by investigating, a previous administration? rather than just change a policy? Has this happened before? and, why now? What is to be gained? Why demonize the past? and why a 180 degree turn on Islam? '"don't blame me, point fingers"
Maybe this, by re-emphasizing the manner in which we commemorate 9/11, now (per PrezBHO) as a day of service, rather than a day to Commemorate the loss, like we remember Pearl Harbor, or the Alamo, or the Maine, we will no longer consider the muslim Religion as the terrorists, that they are; but, remember what Rodney King said, "can't we just all get along?". I think there is a clue in this. {Did you know that the GREEN JOBS CZAR, a Mr Van Jones, was arrested for rioting during the Rodney King Riots in Los Angeles, and came out of jail as an avowed Communist?}
The ObamaCare legislation is losing support, going backward, is this the time to put Teddy Kennedy's name on the bill, like Prez Johnson did with Civil Rights Bill, after JFK's assassination, and got it passed thru by saying it was what he wanted???How many of these 'slight of hand' machinations is he, BHO, gonna throw at us before we wise up, and see the light?
We change the name from the War on Terror, to the Overseas Contingency Operations, we remove the CIA, THE CIA!!! from terrorist investigation, and interrogation, and now we learn the the White House will interrogate Osama Bin Laden, if he is captured! The Census bureau won't run the census, Acorn (through the White House) will, what's next? When will our eyes see, our ears hear? The 'grassroots' uprising against ObamaHealthCare, is tagged as artificial, mob-like, the hand written posters are fake, and the whole TeaParty and questioning of policy, is labelled as organized, not real, and not indicative of the peoples' perspective. BUT, the 'fresh-off-the-printer' placards declaring a favourable perspective toward GovernmentCare, toted by SEIU, Acorn, AFL-CIO, are truly Americans speaking, bussed in, but American.......WHAT? are we just gonna sit back and accept this? Is the Written Media, and Broadcast TV News just gonna fall in place, lock-step, behind this guy? {Did anyone see the MSNBC story about guns being brought to the local town halls, recently? You had to see how it was reported that ANGRY WHITE MEN were bringing semiautomatic rifles to these functions, you had to at least see the pictures they broadcast showing the guns. you did, didn't you? They cut part of the film, right after seeing the guns, panned up, and before video showed the gun carriers head, went back to the studio to hear one of the 'talking heads' say, "Gun Carrying White Guys......." , that part of the news clip/video that was cut, as the camera panned up, revealed a BLACK man's head, heaven forbid, don't tell us the truth,!!! What is going on here? Does this Matter? Who Cares? WAKE UP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE, the fix is in!!!!Cronies and the TeaPot Dome. David Immelt as a Commissioner on the FED, .....HUH...??
Finally, who are these Czars, and what are they doing whispering into BHO's ear. Who is this new FCC DIVERSITY CZAR, don't call him Czar(per BHO Administration), Federal Communications Commission? Not only who? but why? Where did he come from? What Diversity is need at the FCC? Diversity, the root word for this is divide, like divide and conquer, what is this all about? Who is this guy, Mark Lloyd, where did he come from? What are his politics? He claims his job is to create Diversity, Competition, and Localism. The Diversity Committee of the FCC is comprised of 31 groups, none conservative, what direction will their directives go? or this one, they want to tax broadcasters at a level that is 100% of their, the broadcasters, operating costs? How can you do that? There is no money for the company, they will fail, and the Government will have control. Did you Know Lloyd is in FAVOUR of Hugo Chavez' shut down in Venezuela, of Independent broadcasters, as they got in the Government's way? HELLO?
Why don't our legislators read these bills they are ramming down our throats at break-neck speed? They don't write them, who does? or, read them, ask John Conyers? How can Bill after Bill come before Congress that are so long? thousand plus pages? and none of our legislators have read them, or know what's in them?? Where do they come from? Is there a thought in you on this? If Congress isn't reading them, or writing them, or reviewing them, who is? is this plausible deniability? FOR OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS? I thought they were there to vote on legislation, on our behalf, not for the government's.....
There are so many questions, is it time to ask the tough questions, time to care, time to find answers, and time to be heard? Not after these pending changes take place, it will be too late then........

-WHAT IS THIS CIVILIAN ARMY? BHO spoke about during the campaign, that will be of equal size, and scope as our Military?( anything like the Hitler Youth,, the Brown Shirts?, that became the backbone of Nazisms?)

- WHO IS CASS SUSSTEIN? or, EZEKIEL EMMANUAL?, or JOHN HOLDREN? or, CAROL BROWNER? Don't we deserve to know? don't we need to know their politics? where they came from? and why the media isn't telling us who they are? (they are more Czars)
-ARE WE SEEING THE 1960'S RADICALS AGENDA IMPLEMENTATION? THE WEATHER UNDERGROUND, STUDENTS FOR A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY (SDS), BLACK PANTHERS........

-WHY IS UNEMPLOYMENT AT 16% from some agencies, and 8.5% from BHO?

-WHO ARE THE CZARS? WHAT ARE THEIR POLITICS? WHAT AUTHORITY DO THEY HAVE? WHO PAYS THEIR WAY? HOW BIG IS THEIR STAFF? WHO APPROVED THEM, and THEIR JOB? WHY ARE 50% OF NORMAL ADMINISTRATIONS' POSITIONS NOT FILLED BY THIS ONE? WHO IS WRITING THE LEGISLATION BEING DISCUSSED/PASSED? Can't read the bill if it is being pushed through. The stimulus bill has multiple pages of non-economic-stimulating expenditures in it. who knew, who read the bill, it passed so fast, we are just NOW learning the scope of it!!!!!!!! Cap and Trade, what is in there? What form will the final ObamaCare Bill Take?

If we accept the status quo, we will continue the fall. The status quo is More taxes, More government control, More redistribution of wealth, and More cradle to grave regulations, that manipulates the people, our lives, and our economic direction; and, less Equal taxation, Equal representation, and more unEqual Legislation.

Our Fore-Fathers fought over ''Taxation without Representation'' , shouldn't we fight over "Legislation without Representation"?

What is the government doing? The Residential Renovation Act, from the Jimmy Carter era, in the 1970s, eventually required financial institutions to loan to individuals that COULD NOT PAY THE LOANS BACK (eliminated Red Lining, the practice of not loaning into areas, and to people, that were high risk)!!! To what result? The banks, and other financial institutions are now owned somewhat, due to the "Stimulus" and the 'Bailout" packages. This is incrementalism, I mention this word often. These low quality loans, were bundled into securities, and sold at more dollars than they had in value , ahhhh, the result is what we have now, deflation of property values, lots of foreclosures, and high unemployment. When there is no basis for valuations, this is the result, are you enjoying this Government infringement on your life, yet? Wait, it is gonna get better, if you do!!!!

THROW ENOUGH BAD STUFF ONTO OUR ECONOMIC BACK, and IT WILL BREAK..HealthCare, ReDistribution of Wealth, Stimulus I, Stimulus II, Cap and Trade, just to mention SOME of what is being pushed on us, and all unfunded.

We are on the same Slippery Slope when it comes to HealthCare, aka ObamaCare. Loss of choice, this principal, choice, Democrat support is only good when it is about abortion, the Constitutionally recognized Principle is lost in ALL other categories, like Health Insurance, Banking/ Investment, and whether Auto Industry should fail. (Speaking of the Auto Industry, how does a Union gain any ownership over these companies, when it is OUR Tax Dollar, that is Bailing the out? Unions are a small percentage of the population, but, they are a large percentage of the Campaign Contributions that Democrats get..Hmmmmmmm!!!)

Does anyone out there know where all these future Doctors are going to come from if we enact this HealthCare reform, and allow Government to control our HealthSystem? Do you thing Doctors will be attending Medical School for the Love of Humanity at the levels they do now? Money, and Earnings are critical in their thinking, yes they care, about people, but also money, and retirement enter into the equation. I think not only are there going to be fewer Doctors, and more patients, 45Million, according to the Government, the lines will grow exponentially, and the young, and the old will be restricted on what coverage they will be allowed to have, based on Rahm, and Ezekiel Emmanuel's philosophy (OBAMA Advisors, on ALL things Political) called Quality Adjusted Remaining Years, that sounds really invasive, doesn't it? Check it out.......

This Administration, is well adept at 'slight-of-hand' actions, pointing out one issue, while doing something else. Floating Trial Balloons, and pulling them back. Am I the only one amazed at how fast the media got tired of the Town Hall Meeting outrage, while they shove this issue/outrage onto the back burner?

Time to stay focused, or some big Legislation will be passed, late on a Friday Nite, while we were sleeping, like most of the recent salary increases, recently. Stand Up Americans, Stand up and Reign in the scoundrels.

The good Lord inspired me this morning, I have to give credit, where credit is due, to do a little research on our Country, our Founding Fathers, and our Freedom. Where did these incredible men find their inspiration? What motivated them to create this Republic, and, yes, it was founded as a Republic (Legislators have aborted this term, and now refer to this Country as a Democracy, that wasn't the original intent) In parenthesis I put 'original Intent', because we now have law-makers, that exclude this phrase from consideration for our Congress-Approved Justices, a major reason why we are on the decline today, this concept of Judicial Activism, I digress. The first prayer in Congress

"Lord our Heavenly Father, High and Mighty King of kings, and Lord of lords, who dost from thy throne behold all the dwellers on earth and reignest with power supreme and uncontrolled over all the Kingdoms, Empires and Governments; look down in mercy, we beseech thee, on these our American States, who have fled to thee from the rod of the oppressor and thrown themselves on Thy gracious protection, desiring to be henceforth dependent on Thee, to Thee have they appealed for the righteousness of their cause; to Thee do they now look up for that countenance and support, which Thou alone canst give; take them, therefore, Heavenly Father, under Thy nurturing care; give them wisdom in Council and valor in the field; defeat the malicious designs of our cruel adversaries; convince them of the unrighteousness of their Cause and if they persist in their sanguinary purposes, of own unerring justice, sounding in their hearts, constrain them to drop the weapons of war from their unnerved hands in the day of battle! I attached this from the perspective of one of the early religious leaders from that time of great trepidation, and consternation. We forget the fear these early founders MUST have felt as they challenged the greatest Military establishment on this planet, Great Britain. By demonstrating, against the King's rulings, the net result were so many incidents, The Boston Massacre, where civilians were killed by the British Soldiers, and The Boston Tea Party, where Patriots stood against Royal Tyranny by dressing as Indians, and throwing a ship's Cargo of tea into the harbor, the tax they were so outraged about was only about 5%, of the price. But, it wasn't just the amount, it was the principle 'taxation without Representation', that is the basis for their revolt.

We stand here now, at the same crossroads, a time that makes men's knees tremble, their stomachs quake, we see and hear the same type of rhetoric,

Rep Eric Massa from New York, said this recently,....
.... the voice of the people be damned, (I take some liberties with his exact words, thus, there are no quotation marks) if I (Masses)feel, that the Public Plan for National Health Care (ObamaCare) is for their (the PEOPLE) betterment, I will vote that way, regardless of how loudly the people protest, and reject this plan.....

A remanifestation of the 'Taxation without Representation' phrase, probably better stated as 'Legislation without Representation', because the version of the House Bill HR3200 that I have seen [sec441, pg203, lines 14-15], states: the tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as a tax.

I wander back, now, to where God's will is a part of the Founding Fathers basis of belief. Here is a prayer, handwritten by George Washington, that addresses the continually re-iterated position that he was NOT a Christian; but, that he was a believer (a theist) in some sort of Higher Power, not of God, or of the Bible:

“ O Most Glorious God, in Jesus Christ, my merciful and loving Father; I acknowledge and confess my guilt in the weak and imperfect performance of the duties of this day. I have called on Thee for pardon and forgiveness of my sins, but so coldly and carelessly that my prayers are become my sin, and they stand in need of pardon.”

Note in both cases I show sources, I feel that credit should be given for these words, to flank the nay-sayers. These are directly attributed to these documents, and should not, cannot, be discredited. Also, please note that both were written/transposed BEFORE the Declaration of Independence, I use these specifically because they show the foundation of believe, for this Country,and for the society at that time, prior to the Revolution was in the Bible, In Jesus, and in our God, the Lord of lords. Obama's Rose

Everytime I read about Pres Obama's position on the issues he considers critical, the same thoughts keep coming to mind, he is extremely flexible regarding what the final format of the legislation he desires is, and is really only concerned that SOMETHING be done. Does that ring an alarm to anyone else? He knows that if he can get something onto 'the books', it, whatever is passed, will be added on to, and expanded eventually (incrementalism, is here).

Take Medicare, initially a plan for 2 to 3 billion dollars, back when (1960's), and now 300 to 400 billion dollar expenditure, filled with fraud, and corruption. With NO plan for oversight, or review in the offing.

When he, Obama, changes his perspective on the "Public" Plan for our ObamaCare, he really didn't close that 'Public' part completely, he just postponed the implementation of this ' Public' part of the program, for the time being. He still wants a co-op, what is that? What does that mean? It surely isn't gonna be like a farmer's co-op. Government is still gonna be right in the middle of this, he's, Barack, just playing a game of semantics, trying to reduce the Publicity from the Town Hall Meetings. He's not backing off from what was originally espoused aka "spread the wealth'. He told that to Joe the Plumber, during the campaign, though it was so casually swept under the carpet by most in the reporting of the incident, at the time (and, totally forgotten, now).

Remember what Pres Obama has said, and it is rarely stated publicly, about reparations, he really doesn't favor that type of program, reparations. Why does he not want them? If you are familiar with the term, paying the descendants of slavery money because their ancestors were slaves. He, Barak doesn't like reparations, because "they don't go far enough". He wants more than just monetary paybacks.

Look there was a time that slavery did exist, and it was wrong. No Doubt. But let's not take our historical PAST, and force people who had nothing to do with that terrible time, and force the taxpayers of today to compensate slavery's descendants, for this past event, that these taxpayers had nothing to do with. I do feel, that if there is out there anybody that was a slave, then yes, he/she must be compensated. Further if there is anybody out there that was a slave owner, he/she should be held accountable for that deed; however, No one that wasn't a slave should be compensated, at the expense of someone else, that didn't own slaves.

Yet, our President wants some sort of compensation, for the descendants of slaves, and in his mind reparations doesn't go far enough, at what point do we the citizens of the is country realize that ALL the programs Mr Obama is creating, goes directly to this perspective of the low-level of compensation from reparations, and toward his plan of higher repayment, compensation, for that terrible historical practice.

Was it Alexis de Tocqueville(sp), that said ( I roughly paraphrase his eloquence, thusly) ...when the citizens of this noble experiment (USA) realize that they can get something for nothing, and the elected officials realize that they can buy votes at the expense of the taxpaying masses, then this experiment will fail...

Doesn't take a brain-surgeon to see this writing on the walls of Washington DC (District of Corruption) Government Office Buildings? Isn't this what "spread the wealth" is? As a brief aside, has there been in recent history any elected legislator, of more than one term, that left office poorer than when he/she came into office?

Public Option, or Co-op, it is still a Rose......What is a name?????

Stay Focused

EYES ON THE REASON:
Here we go, now the Media is trying to change the focus of the ObamaCare HealthCare debate. We must keep the attention on the facts/issues, not the Town Hall Meetings. The press is going to do everything it can now to stop US from seeing the issues, the Bill itself and the CONTENT of the HR3200 Resolution/Bill, and make the emphasis on who is showing up to theses Town Halls, who the organizers are, not what they are protesting.

Watch, Acorn, SEIU, and busloads of 'protesters are going to show up to dispute, and literally overcome the true "grassroot" assemblies, and the loud, but not riotous discussions regarding the grassroot-assemblers' HealthCare concerns. This is a critical time, Obama is GREAT at this 'distractions, he made sure the media was focused on Rush Limbaugh, and suddenly there was a Cap and Trade bill that got thru one of the houses of congress. He got us to watch the Sottomayor hearings, and there was an Omnibus Spending Bill, keep your eyes on the prize. Keep focus on what IS the issue, the content of this legislation. Don't be diverted by the statement that nothing has been passed, or there is no bill, The information out there, listed on several Internet sites, like, www.LC.org, lists pages of critiques on the Bill. Something exists, there is a lineage of information that has at least passed some of the committees, if there wasn't, there could be no discussions. More importantly, the Senate couldn't have "withdrawn" the sections that former Alaska Govenor Palin called 'Death Panels', that was reported yesterday, if these didn't exist. Don't be fooled by rhetoric, like these 'Death Panel' sections refer to Hospice Care. THAT IS NOT WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THESE "NON_EXISTING" Sections, IE like Section 117 states Gov't can RESTRICT enrollment of Special Needs people, what does that mean? or take a look at these sections: 1233 pg 429, lines 1-9, regarding END of LIFE?. How can these be cited, if SOMETHING, in writing, doesn't exist??

This is a crucial time, stay on course, keep the issues first, don't be deterred,,or distracted, don't let our MAJORITY LEADERS change the subject..........It is our game, and our time to serve. Obama, Government, Out-of-Touch

Ahhhhh, it's Wednesday, middle of the week, another opportunity to see the latest outrages from our elected officials, in response to the public outcry from their constituents' expressing their feelings. Americans have finally come to the realization that their Representatives (and Senators) in Washington (District of Corruption) DC, have been perpetuating fraud on we, da-masses, for many years.

Sen Dodd, got a sweetheart deal on his mortgage(he DID get a hand-slap from the Senate ethics committee); Sen Rangel got no oversight on his taxes, he is in charge of Senate Tax committee, and claims he didn't know the rules on the taxes required to be paid on his off-shore property. Kinda like Rep Conyers, not having the time, aka, inclination?, to read the HealthCare bill, and if his 2 lawyers read the bill, they couldn't explain it to him anyway, "so why read it?'.

Of Course, Rep Waxman (he CHAIRS one of the Sub Committees that passed part of this HR3200, atrocity), said there is no way, they, the Congress, will have to join this HealthCare program, because the option is there to go with any Sector program. If you created it, sir, shouldn't you be required to be a participant? After all, your Bill DOES include fining companies, and individuals, who won't join it, within a predetermined time period.

Did you see the one Legislator say that abortion funding is not in the bill? Did you know that if there is no mention in the bill, excluding or limiting it, that the assumption, (is this a joke?) is that there won't be any limits to the procedure? Please someone out there prove me wrong!! Any Takers?

**My Favorite Section, and how our beloved Legislators address it is:
SECTION 441, PAGE 203, LINES 14-15 "The tax imposed under this section shall NOT be treated as a tax". HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU HEARD THERE IS NO TAX INCREASES IN THIS. NO TAXES BECAUSE IT ISN'T REFERRED TO AS A TAX, WHAT IS IT???????HELLO???

What Have We Done? Lady Justice is blind, so are we...

As we learn more about the Bill, shouldn't we care, at least to the same extent, that we care about our favorite Pro or College Football team?, shouldn't we be more passionate about what we have learned? Shouldn't be at least as boisterous, without being labelled, 'Artificial Turf', or 'a MOB' by our elected Representatives in Washington? as we are for our favorite "TEAM"? Shouldn't we be HEARD, and responded to,honestly, and compassionately? Doesn't this apply to locally,state, and local government, as well?

I sent a letter off to Charlie Crist, Governor of Florida regarding the resignation of Mel Martinez, the quiet Republican quitter (who stayed in long enough to vote for his Latina Comrade Sottomayor, I'm sure this time-frame had nothing to do with him being Latino), from the US Senate, and how we need some short-term fill-in with a BIG MOUTH to fill the remaining term. Get This, I got a FORM-LETTER response about how Gov Crist is a supporter of the Stimulus package, a form letter, not a word about what the subject line was, or about the Senator who quit. Man, the problem permeates every aspect of our Government, Local, State, and Federal. It really is time for a changing of the "old-guard', and the old way of governing.
I DID WRITE BACK TELLING HIM THAT IF CAN'T AT LEAST BE ON SUBJECT, THERE IS NO WAY HE WILL GET MY VOTE WHEN HE RUNS FOR THE SENATE, AND THAT HE DOESN'T DESERVE A PROMOTION.

Obama's Stimulus

This spending package, passed by our Congress to stimulate the economy has now been 10% spent. That means 720 BILLION dollars, is still waiting disbursement. Maybe, after seeing all the positive results, as an example, 550,000 more unemployed this week, it is time to throw this plan out.

Did you know, that if you take this 800Billion dollar stimulus plan, and divide it among the 15million documented unemployed workers, that there would be 53,000 dollars going to each one who is unemployed. Do you think that the amount would stimulate the economy, start some small business, save some homes from foreclosure, etc, etc,?

Why are we letting these elected officials create these farces? Why are we giving billions to a 'cash for clunkers' program, haven't the taxpayer already given enough to the banking and automobile industries? Where has all this money gone? , and when will we begin to 'RAIN' on these elected officials (REMOVE ALL INCUMBENTS NOW).

Keep standing up, common citizens, don't let the lies printed, and broadcast by the one-sided media deter us from being heard. Never stop, don't surrender. Keep up the good fight. Take America Back..................GSM

What's "fishy" Obama?

I shake my head in dis-belief, again, over the direction the "progressives" are taking this NOBEL EXPERIMENT (for so many of you, that is a reference to this Country, and it's Government). Now, the White House wants us to tattle-tale on free speech ponderings. Don't think anymore America, or your 'friends' will report you, and an 'enemies list' will be generated, with your name on it. But, actually worse.......cuz we don't know what this group will do with this list of names; thus, anything is possible.

Then, as reported by the Majority Party in Congress, the 'Republican Mob', has infiltrated all the Town Hall Meetings, to get their pictures on YouTube, and destroy what this new Health Reform Program is going to do FOR us (just who is this, "us")...............

Where is the OUTRAGE over ACORN, SEIU, UAW, perks/benefits, gained (see Below) thru their organized protests (on behalf of our Prez) against AIG, Bank of America, and the rest, that were so widely reported, during the "bailout' commotion, takeover, earlier this year??? Surely their MOB actions, were not 'grass-root' assemblies, right? What with pre-printed signs, and loud rhythmic chants, these had to people right off the streets, nobody got bussed to theses assemblies, right.....?

Not 'Artificial Turf', as Sen Boxer, Sen Durbin, and whoever else, hypocritcally label the perspectives of attendees speaking-out about the Congress' HealthCare Reform plan at these ridiculed Town Hall meetings. Our Congress will use anything, including this mislabelling, as an opportunity to shut down the chance for the common man to be heard on this HealthCare System takeover, by Government. Again, I ask, what happened to the Insurance assistance concept that began this effort? How has the direction changed so dramatically? "the Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions"....

Why won't these elected officials be required to participate in this program, or for that matter why are they not enrolled in Social Security, why are they 'seperate, but equal'?

Wouldn't the costs associated with our current HealthCare System be reduced if the Trail Lawyers Association's (another Democrt Party-Affiliated Group) monetary rewards/judgements, were restricted? Or, Maybe if they had to pay for failed lawsuits, or cases that fail/or were dismissed as 'trivial' law suits????

I found some interesting info online about some of the provisions that are right now in the proposals for this new HealthCare program, passed by one committee in the house, that I want to be share:

Page 203: "The tax imposed under this section, shall not be treated as tax" It really says that. Sure does clear up the Obama statement about no new taxes required, or increases, doesn't it?

page 65, Taxpayers will subsidize all UNION RETIREE, and COMMUNITY ORGANIZER Health Plans (ACORN, UAW, SEIU) Ahhh, the rewards of Community Organizers,( and ACORN their name-this-week-shell-game....).

or,
Page 84, All Private Health Care plans MUST participate in the HealthCare Exchange (No more private HealthCare Programs? Total Government Control)Single-payer is all the rage, now-a-daze!!!

-Restrictions on Special Needs, mandates of outcome based measures (read rationing).

Out Government's Competition Distaste

Take a gander at today's' headlines, and then review the household bills, one thing becomes self-evident: There is a desire to create monopolies on the agenda of our Government agencies.. Ever wonder why? Maybe control is easier if there is only one entity to oversee.....Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Just to site a couple of examples, as there are many out there that won't/don't,or, never will, look at the news, or current events. Let's talk about phone service, land lines, I bet you didn't even think that there was only one available in your area; but , that is all that you can choose from.............How about cable, TV is marketed thru just one provider in a geographical area, so, you can't put the hammer onto your provider, to force his price down, again, another service monitored closely by the Government, in Washington. Now that really isn't the only ones you have to deal with, How many of you have a choice for who provides your area with Energy, Can you call ANY Power Company to get the required service you need? Nope, why? Ever ask yourself? Who's making all the cash here? Where is the oversight, bet there are any number of Congressional Oversight committees that regulate these services, why should there be any, if there is only one in an area to use?

So, we've talked about Cable, Power, Telephone, how about Schools, why can't there be choice there? Or better still, what is the Government plans for HealthCare? We already know Barney Frank (D-Mass) wants single payer, where everybody goes to Doctors, on somebody Else's dime (that dime, confiscated at the point of a gun). Now we get to hear about how GREAT their (Congresses), HealthCare service is. A Recent example, Sen Dodd(D-CT) has prostate cancer, I will pray for his recovery, so that the voters in CT can run him out of office(RAIN=Remove All Incumbents Now); that is beside the point, he made sure, when he announced his illness, to tell us how great his coverage is Why are We, the People, not getting the same coverage that he has, in this new 'Fast Track' bill- passing-hysteria? (Don't Forget Sen Teddy Kennedy, as if you could) I'll tell you, from my perspective, they don't want you to know what is in the bill, so the faster it is passed, the less you'll know........!!! HR 3200 (HealthCare Reform, again, not Insurance Supplement), pg 440, or thereabouts, refers to obese children, and how the Government WILL become part of that child's life, whether you like it, as a parent, or not. Monitoring intake, and forcing a change of lifestyle agenda, parent's rights' be durned, "Slippery Slope" a.k.a. incrementalism, ever heard that term before??(FYI, it is what got us to where we are today, Governmentally)

Are we paying attention? Are our elders going to find out that the hip replacement surgery, that costs $450,000 dollars, won't be available to anyone over 70 because the expected life time of that person is so short, and the cost divided by the the life-left, say 10 years, is $45,000/year. While a 50 year old, needing the same procedure, has another 30 years, so the life/cost is just $15000 yearly. You can see how they, the government, will justify denying the elderly this procedure, in this non-competitive, single payer solution, and granting others the okay.

We have so much to be thankful for with our Socialist/Democrat new-age- Government, it brings back memories of the movie 'Soylent Green', ever seen it? You should, how about ever read '1984'?, remember Winston? IT IS COMING........

Remember, competition results in suppliers keeping costs reduced, and offering as much service to the consumer as is possible, at the lowest price, to BUY the consumers' business. Monopolies don't need to service, or provide more product in order to compete, they have a "Captured Marketplace, so the loser is.........

Obama's Beer Fest

Did anyone else notice the photo-op manipulation done by the Prez' Marketing gurus? How the Veep had to be included to even out the races in attendance? So it didn't appear that it ( the BEER FEST) was a two-on-one situation.. Never heard anything about Biden being there, until, suddenly, unannounced, he was there..... Shows what the man (Pres) actually thinks. After he put his foot into his mouth, and carried the water for Gates (stupidly), another of his radical cronies, ie. Rev Wright (in 20 years of Church attendance, Obama never heard one racially charged sermon), can't let this thing appear (appearances are everything, to him) to be an overwhelming confrontation!!!! How blind the citizens are to the hypocrisy that permeates his reign.

Take a look at the Czars he has now appointed (over 20 thus far, and still growing), their authority not having to be overseen by the Legislators, not having accountability, and being financed by our tax dollars, average income of $165,000 per year (minimum), plus staff, you know they can't function alone, and expenses, how much does the staff cost? How much authority do they (the Tsars) have? and, over which Cabinet officials do they have jurisdiction?

Do you know that Article 1, Section 9, Paragraph 7 (could be 8), of our Constitution speaks of the Tsars(Czar),or, Title of Nobility. This term, tsar, refers to the King/Emperor of Russia (I do believe that is a Title of Noble Authority), Hmmmmmmmmmm, Nobility??? ................ OUR CONSTITUTION States that No Title of Nobility (or, authority without oversight) should be used.

We have come a long way from the ideals our founding Fathers sought, limiting Governmental control over our every day lives. Our Legislators now Proclaiming, and denying, Rights that are, and are not enumerated in the Constitution. Taxing at a rate that is confiscatory. They're (the L-Media) labelling groups in a disdainful manner, a S.O.P Technique for Liberal-Left Media these days, in order to stop honest questioning/discussion of 'facts' that are being reported. Hawaii won't release Prez Obama's Birth Records because they (Hawaiians) feel that there must be a tangible right/interest, for this disclosure, the media mocks, smears, and ridicules these seekers of information (Birthers), saying the word of some Hawaiian State Bureaucrat is sufficient..nobody needs to see the originals.......Hmmmmmmm, does the Constitutionally Mandated Requirement of U.S. Citizenship meet the stated threshold of "tangible", in the seeking of truth?

HealthCare: Remember how this discussion started? Not every American is covered by Insurance? We're not talking Insurance now, not some easily resolved omission, whereby the Feds, can offer tax breaks to uninsured (excluding illegal immigrants), and get them coverage. Now, we have ONE THOUSAND, plus pages, of gobeldy-goop, so mundane/unimportant to our Legislators (they didn't write this, if they didn't, who did), that Rep.John Conyers(D-MI) said he WON'T read it, even if he would take the time, because two lawyers reading it wouldn't be able to explain the nuances of it...WHAT???????Where do these people get off, writing a Bill (did they), for us, and excluding themselves?, Where do they get off including Illegals in their thousand plus pages. Where do they get off not enforcing our laws on Immigration, forcing our taxes be paid for medical bills to people who are not here legally (and, once these illegals are under Hospital care, not exporting them home, when healthy enough to leave?).????? Who are these people. BUT, More importantly is, where is the outrage, where is the anger. Where is the Moral Majority?

For those who do not know Dave Borden, he is a former Black & Decker employee who lives in Hanover. His son Dave Jr was serving in Iraq and was badly injured from a bomb explosion. Dave Jr has had over 38 surgeries to date.

The email below is from a recent visit from President Obama, the email speaks for its self.

Since Dave Jr. has been injured he has met and been overwhelmed by many, many political and military "celebs".

The list includes Bob Gates, Sec. of Defense, who came into his room and told him 3 or 4 times that if Dave Jr. had any issues to call his cell phone number.

It includes Gen. Petreus who sat and talked with Dave Jr. for almost 45 minutes. The General recalled vividly all of the circumstances around the events that led to fighting that Dave was involved in. It includes Sen. McCain who arrived late on a Saturday afternoon during a thunder storm, unannounced, and talked to Dave Jr. about how similar their experiences with fate.

It includes George Bush when Dave Jr. was invited to attend the very last Christmas party at the White House for the White House Staff. President Bush and his wife entered the ballroom and immediately went to Dave Jr.. President Bush knew Dave Jr.'s name as well as when and how he was injured. Dave Jr. had a picture taken with Laura and the President that he has framed and will cherish forever.

The list goes on and on of people coming in to meet Dave Jr. and the other wounded warriors at Walter Reed and Bethesda.

Yesterday. Dave Jr. was ordered to be at the National Naval Hospital with another 12 soldiers and Marines to meet with Obama. Obama was supposed to arrive at 11:30 AM. He finally got there at 3:00 PM. He entered the room with the wounded warriors and quickly shook each of their hands. He never asked their names, where they were from, or how they were injured. Then he left.

Dave Jr. has met the people who really care about the military. All he remembers from Obama is a weak handshake.

The others in the room, younger and less exposed to the people that Dave Jr. has met, were so disappointed.

Word about Obama's "insensitive" visit has spread to the MATC ( the rehab facility) at Walter Reed and throughout Bethesda. The military sees through his phoniness.

All I can say is that it is such a disappointment that this man is Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

He is an embarassment to our Nation.

Why can't these Legislators be required to have whatever healthcare program they create for the rest of us?

These Washinton elites claim 48million uninsured, where does that number come from? I hear 15milliuon are illegal immegrants. another 15 million are peolpe who can afford to pay for their medical bills, that leaves only 18million, is this even accurate.

There must be a better way to finance this government, why does the status quo for revenue always remain? Why Not the Fair Tax? Ever heard of it?

Why are these Washington elites not responsive to the electorate? I have never recieved a personal letter from any elected beauracrat that I have sent letters to.......

Cap and Trade is gonna make General Electric, and Al Gore rich, WHY? What is in this legislation that allows financial gain, at the expense of the citizens? Goldman Sachs is on the list of benefactors as well, what is going on?

When will Americans stand up for the country that has stood for them, and their individula rights, for centurys.

When do YOU stand up, time to be counted, close the self-centered focus, and become part of the solution, not the problem. We have the right/ the responsibility to keep this country in existance,

People who seek the services of auto mechanics want car repair, not "auto care." Similarly, most people who seek the services of medical doctors want body repair, not "health care."

We own our cars, are responsible for the cost of maintaining them, and decide what needs fixing based partly on balancing the seriousness of the problem against the expense of repairing it. Our health-care system rests on the principle that, although we own our bodies, the community or state ought to be responsible for paying the cost of repairing them. This is for the ostensibly noble purpose of redistributing the potentially ruinous expense of the medical care of unfortunate individuals.

But what is health care? The concept of reimbursable health-care service rests on the premise that the medical problem in need of servicing is the result of involuntary, unwanted happenings, not the result of voluntary, goal-directed behavior. Leukemia, lupus, prostate cancer, and many infectious diseases are unwanted happenings. Are we going to count obesity, smoking, depression and schizophrenia as the same kinds of diseases?

Many Americans would willingly pay for insurance to protect them against the exorbitant cost of treating their own leukemia. But how many Americans would willingly pay for insurance to protect them from the expenses of treating their own depression?

Everyone recognizes that the more fully we wish insurance companies to defray our out of pocket expenses for our car repairs, the higher the premium they will charge for the policy. Yet foregoing reimbursement for trivial or unnecessary health-care costs in return for a more suitable health-care policy is an option unavailable under the present system. Everyone with health insurance is compelled to protect himself from risks, such as alcoholism and erectile dysfunction, that he would willingly shoulder in exchange for a lower premium.

The idea that every life is infinitely precious and therefore everyone deserves the same kind of optimal medical care is a fine religious sentiment and moral ideal. As political and economic policy, it is vainglorious delusion. Rich and educated people not only receive better goods and services in all areas of life than do poor and uneducated people, they also tend to take better care of themselves and their possessions, which in turn leads to better health. The first requirement for better health care for all is not equal health care for everyone but educational and economic advancement for everyone.

Our national conversation about curbing the cost of health care is crippled by the vocabulary in which we conduct it. We must stop talking about "health care" as if it were some kind of collective public service, like fire protection, provided equally to everyone who needs it. No government can provide the same high quality body repair services to everyone. Not all doctors are equally good physicians, and not all sick persons are equally good patients.

If we persevere in our quixotic quest for a fetishized medical equality we will sacrifice personal freedom as its price. We will become the voluntary slaves of a "compassionate" government that will provide the same low quality health care to everyone.

Henry David Thoreau famously remarked, "If I knew for a certainty that a man was coming to my house with the conscious design of doing me good, I should run for my life." Thoreau feared a single, unarmed man approaching him with such a passion in his heart. Too many people now embrace the coercive apparatus of the modern state professing the same design.

Our President wants Health Care; not, Health Insurance, for All Americans. To quote him, "there is no money"....hhhmmmm........THEN, How do we do this, and afford your proposals, Mr Prez.

Pediatricians make more from Tonsillectomy, then antibiotics........., thus do the surgery first????? I don't know many pediatricians that do surgery....

One trillion dollars, divided by 350million citizens, equals $2,857.142857 per person; Now, if the total debt, not deficit, is 20 to 30 trillion, that includes interest payments (at 30 trillion level) $85,714.28571, for each man, woman, and child. and this doesn't include a second stimulus, or anything additionally on health care, why not just insurance?????? Is anyone out there listening?? A family of 5,$428,571.4285. Just when does our Government reveal itself, as what it is, "of, by, and for"... the GOVERNMENT's power-grab. These figures should scare the "fool" out of ALL of us; BUT, nobody is seeing this, nobody cares, and nobody's voice is heard. Will it be too late, before we see what is going on?

I can't believe this was done by a teenager!
There is a huge rock near a gravel pit on Hwy.25 in rural Iowa. For generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing its character many times.. A few months back, the rock received its latest paint job, and since then it has been left completely undisturbed.

It's quite an impressive sight. Be sure to scroll down and check out the multiple photos. all angles of the rock.

I thought the flag was draped over the rock, but it's not. It's actually painted on the rock too.

A Letter to Senator Bill Nelson

Sen. Nelson,

First let me thank you for the response emailed to me today, I admit surprise that any of my legislators would even send a "form" back, so thank you. Please don't take this the wrong way, it is time for the government to back off of the current direction, they (you elected officials) have repeatedly proven an inability to control the legislation's costs of the bills you (generic) create. Almost every bill passed is over and above the expenses that should be allotted. The latest bailout, 1 Trillion dollars, plus, ends up costing each American citizen, taxpayer or not, $3000. A family of five, $15000 ( and this is only the beginning of the spending, planned). Wouldn't it be better to stop your (generic) bill passing, and let the dust settle?

These new reforms are only scaring the lending industry more, stopping them from loaning money. Congress' legislation started this whole thing, forcing lenders to loan to unqualified buyers, then the lenders took advantage of law and over-loaned, to unqualified borrowers, then Wall Street bundled, and overvalued these over-lent mortgages as assets. ( The scapegoat, AIG bought them, as did others, and now you (generic) are paying for these assets to several of the purchasers of the assets {sometimes paying for them three or four times, is this fiduciarilly (SP) responsible?}).

This is Government in the way of the people, not of, by, and for, the people. Get out of the way legislatively and let the consuming public bring this back, Government cannot fix this,(as has been repeatedly proven, ie: The Great Depression) time and the people can, and if allowed, will. There is no Constitutional Right not to fail, it is time to allow it to happen.
